We’ve taken the classic LED throwie - a battery plus LED plus magnet that people throw onto bridges, buildings etc - and added an infrared receiver module to produce ‘smart’ throwies that only glow when you blast them with a TV or other remote control!
These infrared throwies are an inexpensive way to create an interesting electronic circuit and add responsive colour to magnetic surfaces. Turn the LEDs on and off using any remote control and get creative (ideas in the instruction leaflet!)
